Jason is a widely traveled entrepreneur, author, speaker, physiotherapist and humanitarian.
More than that, he is a devoted husband and father.

Jason has been a guest on talk-back radio, television interviews and written up in major press releases throughout Australia for his expertise and achievements in healthcare.

He graduated in 1997 with honours from the School of Physiotherapy at Melbourne University, Victoria Australia. He was, among numerous other accolades, awarded equal Dux of his year, and topped the Dean’s Honour Roll for 3 consecutive years.

Together with his wife Paulina, they founded the Back In Motion Health Group ( in 2000 with the vision of becoming the most loved and trusted providers of physiotherapy and related services in Australia. Aside from this, Jason still preserves time for guest lecturing at many Australian universities and for advocating professional issues throughout the industry.

A member of numerous healthcare associations, CEO groups and other special interest business forums, Jason is a popular presenter both within and outside his industry and writes many articles to encourage and support the success of physiotherapy in Australia and beyond.

Jason is also the Director of the Iceberg Institute – an organisation committed to the personal and professional development of individuals to become more influential leaders.

Jason sits on multiple NFP and corporate boards, and advises regularly on leadership and strategy. Having visited more than 20 countries and with the higher calling always in mind, Jason and Paulina also believe passionately in using their skills and resources to reach out and positively impact the lives of those less fortunate. Their profits help fund numerous welfare efforts, church-work, community support and medical programs for within Australia and developing countries. In particular, as the chairman of the not-for- profit public charity, the SOS Foundation, Jason is especially committed to providing health services to the poor in urban and remote parts of Australia.
